Delivery is FREE in the United Kingdom.

Orders received by mid-day will be dispatched same day by Royal Mail First Class post.

For guaranteed next day delivery (useful for gifts and Christmas orders) please select the Special Delivery option.

Overseas shipping – please e-mail us with your total order and we will send you a postage quotation within 24 hours.

Our shop uses the PayPal checkout system for maximum customer security.

Your customer details, e-mail address, etc, will never be shared with third parties.


•    Returns & Replacements

To avoid unnecessary postage costs, before returning any book, please e-mail us!

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within seven days of delivery to request a Returns Authorization, stating your reasons for the return.

If a book has failed to arrive within normal First Class limits, just let us know and we will send a replacement. Please include full details of your purchase (i.e. KeyWest acknowledgment e-mail).

Books damaged in transit – we send all our books very securely packaged so transit damage is rare. If your book does arrive in less than mint condition, just let us know and we will arrange a replacement. Please keep the original book in case Royal Mail requires an inspection.
